Scents of paradise Inc. is committed to offering the finest products to our customers. Customer service and satisfaction is our priority. If there is some need to return your purchase you may return it to us within 15 days of receipt.

Conditions for returned merchandise:

1. Returns will only be accepted with prior consent from scents of paradise Inc. Please send an email to scentspfparadise.net to obtain authorization. Telephone authorization is only provided to customers without access to email accounts.
2. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
3. Merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used cosmetic, skin care, perfume, anointing oil, or essential oil products.
4. Custom orders and samples size products are not eligible for refunds.
5. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
7. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.
8. Customers returning product are responsible for all return postage.
9. Please enclose a copy of the invoice with the returned item.

For your security, please return your package with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, and USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Scents of paradise Inc. is not responsible for items damaged, lost in transit, or any acts by the above carriers.

Unclaimed Goods
Items that are returned to us by shipper as “unclaimed” will be held for thirty (30) days. During that period we will attempt to contact you, and will resend the items for additional shipping charges. If you fail to respond to our contact(s) within the 30 day period, the item will be returned to our inventory to be resold without refund.

Damaged or Defective Packages
If a package arrives damaged or defective please call us immediately as the package will need to be picked up by the Shipping Courier for inspection.

Please Note:
Our product line consists of many items that are made with high quality essential oils and other natural ingredients that change and vary season to season. Therefore, there may be slight variances in the products we offer year to year. Please order sample vials of our essential oils as we can not refund money on opened bottles of essential oils.

We also deal with other Christian organizations around the world that manufacture our olive oil lamps and other items. These items are handcrafted and slight variances may also occur.
